Hello beautiful people!
I am officially back to reality though my head has still not processed this amazing life experience.
Dubai, you have a piece of my heart with you.
I am gonna miss you, Barbie world. And when I say barbie world, I mean, it's a place that literally has everything and anything, when it comes to food, stores and everything in between.
I had the chance to live Dubai like an actual person who lives there more than like a tourist (though I'm sure the locals could perfectly tell I was one by the way everything amused me)
I stayed at my friends beautiful house with incredible views of the Atlantis hotel, where I felt like home, watching reruns of friends after spending time in the sun. We had a bachelorette, the AUD graduation, went to a few clubs like The Act and People by Crystal; met Florence and the machine at SANDANCE, ate at delicious restaurants like Zuma, tried their sweet dates, awesome coffe, smoked grape mint shisha like theres no shisha left in the world, had the puffy pancakes at the Sheraton hotel, met the most wonderful and enriching people, danced to arab music and even learned a few words! but most importantly, checked off another unforgettable location for the Drifting Nomad list.
And now, I am off to a new adventure! New work, new life, better me!

Hola bellezas!
Estoy oficialmente de regreso a la realidad aunque mi cabeza sigue sin procesar esta experiencia inolvidable. Dubai, he dejado una parte de mi corazón conmigo. Te voy a echar mucho de menos mundo Barbie. Y cuando digo mundo Barbie, es porque es la mejor manera que se me ocurre para describirlo. Un sitio donde existe todo y mas. Tuve la oportunidad de vivir Dubai como una persona que vive ahi, mas que como turista, aun que estoy segura que cualquier persona que vive ahi daba por echo que era una turista, y de las buenas, ya que todo me dejaba sin palabras.
Estuve quedandome en la casa de mi amiga, un paraíso frente al hotel Atlantis, donde me senti en casa en cada momento, sobre todo las tardes viendo capítulos de Friends después de estar todo el dia al sol. Tuvimos una despedida de soltera, la graduación de los de AUD, fuimos a algunas discotecas como The Act y People by Crystal; estuvimos con Florence & The machine en SANDANCE cantando Dog Days are Over a todo pulmón; comimos en restaurantes deliciosos como Zuma, probe los Saudi Dates, su cafe indescriptible, fume shisha de uva y menta como si no existiera mas shisha en el mundo, tome las tortitas gordas del hotel Sheraton, conocí a la gente mas increíble y enriquecedora, baile musica arabe y hasta aprendi algunas palabras! pero lo mas importante de todo, es que tache un lugar mas de la lista de Drifting Nomad.
Y ahora, me enrumbo en otra aventura!
Trabajo nuevo, vida nueva, nueva yo!
